I had it about a month, I bought it because my laser printer needed to be repaired and this one was one of the recommended printers on Consumer Reports. The product is fine the problem I have is not everyone has ink for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely Disappointed with this Printer

I purchased this in August 2016. Easy installation. Everything worked fine and I was very happy. Soon after the scanning feature ceased to work. The only way I got it back was to reinstall everything. This problem has continued countless times. I have reinstalled the printed more than a dozen times only to have the same thing occur again. It was been reinstalled 3 or 4 times by a professional who was making sure the latest driver was installed on my computer, always followed by the same problem after a short time. It stopped printing photos on photo paper in color even though I had made sure the color box was checked, but it will print a color photo on a paper with a text. I have finally learned that every time my Windows 10 receives an update, the scan ceases to be recognized by my computer. I am totally fed up with this printer and plan to return it. Fortunately, I purchased the insurance that allows me to trade it for another printer. I have used Epson printers for years with great success and this one was exactly what I was looking for, which is why I have struggled with it for so long. This printer has high ratings from other people so maybe I got the lemon!

I like the printer, - but i'm having trouble finding ink. I went to 4 stores before I found the ink. I could not find any 410XL packs.

just arrived today and set up was easy and quick. I love the features. this will save me a lot of time and money by being able to print/scan and make photos along with other everyday things.
