The XP-830 - A Great Printer

I have owned and used this printer now for about 3 months. The printer is all and more than I anticipated. I previously owned an Epson Artisan 800 Inkjet, which lasted over 10 years. The paper feed mechanism finally gave up. The XP-830 is living up to my expectations for the Epson Inkjet printers. The only regret is the short printing life of the ink cartridges, and the relative high cost of refills. However, I understand that all of the Inkjet printer brands have similar issues. My next printer may be a tank model, and I will closely monitor reports about how these type printers perform.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like printers small size for a home office. Great photo print. Good overall printing. Ink reasonable. Paper tray somewhat small if you print a lot.

Easy Installation

Installing the new printer, registering it and setting it up with the computer was amazingly easy. Hopefully using it on a day to day basis will be just as easy.

This printer is everything I desired in a printer (fax, scan, print and photo print too). I love the WIFI feature and it was very easy to pair with my laptop. One thing I'd like to change is, the paper tray does not hold a ton of paper, but I don't think many home printers do, nowadays.
Overall, this is a great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far this printer does everything I had hoped for and more! The double sided printing is awesome. It has saved me a lot of time in printing already and I've only owned it about a month! This is a great printer for the money!

First time using Epson

I used to buy HP printers but the ink runs out so fast and costly. Thought I try Epson. Upon First time printing and comparison: Nice software, Easy to Set-up, but the Regular Print Quality of both documents and pictures is very poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
