Replaced my old Epson with the all-in-one because I wanted the Wi-Fi capability. Very happy with this printer. Gives beautiful pictures. My old Epson was still good so I gave it to my sister.

I purchased my XP-830 about a month ago and I am very pleased with its performance and features. I almost didn't buy it because I had read a number of negative reviews. Feeling it was my best option I went ahead and made the purchase and haven't looked back. I haven't experienced any of the negative concerns I had read elsewhere. Setup was smooth. Due to the many features setup isn't trivial, but it went smoothly. I installed the printer on my network using a wired connection with ease. I have light duty printing requirements and am still using the starter ink that came with the printer. Scanning works independently and within programs and the duplex printing and scanning works great. Havn't used printing by phone and email but looks easy. I think it's a great printer and I am glad I got it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Small footprint, Great Features and Easy Paper Loading

I've had this a several months and bought it from reviews from a consumer magazine. And it didn't disappoint. Even though I'm 'retired' I manage my husband's consultant billing and wasn't looking forward to learning a new piece of equipment. This was so easy! And it continues to preform!

Good Home Printer/Scanner

So far (several months) this has proven to be a reliable choice for a home printer. The print quality is good and the scanner feature has operated flawlessly. Ink cartridges, as with all manufacturers, are priced high. There is a software problem involving Windows 10. The default for envelopes is set to CD/DVD. This must be changed to successfully print envelopes.

Just bought this and had the unit set up and running within 30 mins. Absolutely no glitch if you follow the simple instructions. Pretty fast printing too

Best bang for the buck

I just purchased this printer and it was a breeze to set up and work with. Connected to my network without any problems or delays. Print quality is exceptional and the ability of it to print on both sides quickly is a big plus. Do I recommend this printer, you bet I do. If you are looking to upgrade, don't settle for less. It is a great printer.

XP-830 Great with one Problem

This is my 3rd XP-830 and I love the form factor and print quality and features...until the black ink starts to leak on the page which it has in all 3 systems I've had (2 purchased, one replacement). I only use Epson ink have cleaned the heads multiple times, but nothing seems to help... after around 6 months or so, we start getting ink on the rollers, and who knows where else. It's too bad, because otherwise it's a great machine
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
