Very slow

We bought our printer in June. When you select print remotely it is very slow to print out your work takes 10-15 mins or longer. to print. Can't get the top load copy to work.

wireless connection doesn't work

Just set it up, printer is 1.5' from the computer, both are on the network, but the printer can't be found... I used a wire...

when scanning to pdf its not as simple as touching the scan on the display, and never prints straight even though i clean it, it still has lines down the pages, the ink runs out fast and even though i print in b&w it still uses the picture ink which is expensive and even though the ink is not out it won't let you keep printing if it says its low just overall very un happy with purchase, wish it was demo in the store with rep

This printer is adequate for the job. It's a poorly built printer. in fact if your don't

Bought about a month ago still does not work right. Can not get all the drivers to stay connected. So can't use memory card. Printer is noisy, takes forever to warm up and print. Print quality was better from my 10 year old printer.
