had the printer a month--the ink cartridge connector broke when I replaced the first cartridge--now says it won't recognize the cartridge
also--the ink cartridges are unbelievably high cost and low output

I bough my printer about a month ago and I am extremely pleased with how it prints and how easy it was to setup. I am still learning how to use all the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Directions were easy to follow and setup a breeze. Only problem was trying to remove installed ink cartridge...tough to get to that blue tab!

I find that the printer works well. However, it is a real pain to do envelopes. You have to take all the paper out and change the paper guides to do envelopes. I often have to do just one and find that it is simpler to just hand write it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago, I've never had a wireless printer before. This one has paired with all my devices without any problems, even my phone! The photos are awesome!!
