MacBook online software was a nightmare.

First off the software conflicted with the driver for my Epson Expression scanner which does slides and negatives so I really was shocked. Then the printer software would freeze up and not work. I was two days solving this situation and I only got things working by NOT using the Epson software at all. I used my Mac properties to "add printer" and now everything manages but with a watered-down version of the scanner software. The printer does print incredible photo quality pictures with the Epson brand ultra premium glossy paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer some months ago and so far, it has been great with no major issues. It functions well and has served it's purpose effectively. Let's hope it stays that way.

Nice printer. Good photo color. Good features. Only complaint so far, Paper tray for completed work will not retract automatically.

Not what I hoped for

I paid a little more for this printer hoping to enjoy all the features. It prints well enough but the ADF won't feed more than 1-2 pages without jamming. It often smears print or creates lines where they shouldn't be. The scan feature has to be constantly reset and there doesn't seem to be any fix for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As of yesterday have been UNABLE to print anything. Always states: not connected to my cgk network. What do I do next??

Purchased this all in one printer a few months ago. Works well best of all you
use it to print passport photos which is great. But you have to clean the heads alot.
