I've had this printer about 7 weeks and love almost everything about it. I personally do not like the paper drawer as you need to take it out to replace paper and the paper doesn't slide in easily as there is a bump in bottom of tray that paper gets stuck on. Otherwise all is great with printer. Ink cartridges are easy to replace.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Over all very good, paper loading is a little clunky, too many options that make just using the trays a pain, need to redesign and simplify.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing icon to connect to WIFI

The only challenge is the way it blows through ink with minimal use .... and the ink is not cheap. By the second set of ink I could just buy a new printer.

Bought this to replace an aging and failing all purpose ink jet printer. I am especially pleased with the 2 sided printing feature

Good versatile printer/scanner

The first of these I bought had problem with scanning color docs and photos. Only black and magenta were copied. Returned unit to Best Buy and unit was replaced. Second one works OK on all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
