installation software needs to be updated to where is works with windows 10,, wifi setup did not work, manually connected the wifi on printer panel, but laptop would not connect to printer, had to use a USB and connect printer router and use a interface software for router to connect to printer, so much for being wireless.....the setup software, the back and cancel buttons to do not work had to use task manager to exit the program, the setup cd only knows to install software before going into the setup, it would be nice if the setup would stop at a menu selection,
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Premium XP - 630 All-in-One Printer

I have owned this printer for 2 weeks and find it to be very complicated compared to my HP All-in One printer that
I had for 6 years.
I still cannot scan to email easily or print an email copy.
I do not like the fact that I have to "operate " the printer
touch screen and my computer to get a copy.
With my HP I just used my computer to do everything !

Have had Epson printers before. Tried another brand took it back and got the XP-830. Small, compact, quiet and does super on retouching old photos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It prints and scans very well, but because it offers so many options, its operational steps should be less complicated. If you are a neophyte like me, I rather have one or two simple steps instead of four or five. And so is the manual: many terms are not defined when needed and you have to jump around. Maybe having less engineering thinking and more input by non technical people when developing future software and manual instructions that could do the trick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this to replace the Artisian 835 that I used to print on DVD's. Having a lot of problems getting it to print from the "Print cd software" that comes with the unit. The Artisian 835 was plug and print, don't understand why it's now user unfriendly.

Good color reproduction, slow, useless disc tray, small size is nice,,wireless and wired connection works well,paper loading is too complex

I love the printer however the black ink goes fast and it takes forever to get a new cartridge for the Epsom store. I have a business I have waited 9 days for a cartridge.

Printer first time set up

I love this printer however the step by step process to set up was not very clear.. I had to figure a lot of things out on my own. From my stand point I still love this product but you could make this company's customer service 10x better if they upgraded the manuals inside the packages. Great website layout though.
