Sleeves the purpose

Does everything I wanted at a good price. Colors are not exact and the initial charging at start up can be a problem as the cartridge install can be tricky.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've owned Epson printers since the dot-matrix days and have always been pleased with their performance. Each new one had been an improvement in terms of features and convenience. The ease of wireless setup, the automatic paper tray and rear load are happy additions. Thanks for continued excellence.

Bought this in August and the retractable front panel stopped working today. Still partially functional, now waiting to see how the warranty is fulfilled

i bought my printers 2yras ago and worked fine until this year one of the printers started having alignment problems on error code 0x90. Still unresolved

output tray not consistent

I like the printer but the output tray doesn't always close when I turn the printer off.
I have contacted Epson support 2-3 times with no response.
The printer just in the past couple weeks is leaving ink spots on printed material, sometimes a glob, strip, spot etc.

Impressive features

I just bought this and it was easy to set up. I like the idea that it has a special black ink just dedicated to photo printing. I also like the usb and sd card input conventently placed. looking forward to using it.

I'm a first time EPSON customer, the installation was simple, easy to follow, etc.. so far so good. As far as usage, I have yet to use it although it printed the Test Page wonderfully. I will toy with it a bit and we'll see how it behaves with me. Thank you

Fast, good color

The Epson XP-830 is fast and has excellent color. However, it is very awkward to print envelopes with the unit. It takes so long to print only one envelope that I address it by hand!
