Nothing But Headaches

I bought this printer desperately needing a fax function that worked without requiring me to stand over it feed a single page at a time like my last printer. I enjoyed that maybe twice before I gave up and told clients that all documents will be emailed instead. I also needed a printer that could print over WiFi wirelessly. This has not worked right since day one. I have had to uninstall and reinstall. I have had to pause, cancel and employ other tricks many times to print a simple one page document. I have contacted help, search the web, moved the printers location and more. The last straw was when I had literally just printer 2 different "jobs" and then got a "printer could not be located" error. No matter what I did I could not print my document. As it was an URGENT job, the next 4 hours were spent trying to resolve this issue. Finally I was able to reload the drivers etc and opt to print using USB cable. I give up and am saving up to buy a new printer.
PS - when filling out this review a Nickname is required. I chose disappointed. Not surprisingly that name was already taken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this printer about 3 months ago and it is the best printer I've ever had beside the Epson Artisan 810

Easy set-up!

I was pleased with how easy it was to setup and start running within minutes. I purchased it though to print 8.5 x 14 paper as advertised but it does not. Be sure to double check your specs before purchasing. It prints faster than I expected, which is why I will keep it.
