At best an OK printer

Setup was very difficult. Windows 10 computer kept getting an error that all the needed files were not installed. Setup instructions are very poor. Trick was to ignore the Epson instructions and set it up via Windows Control Panel as a new printer. Mac was somewhat easier. Output quality of photos is OK - nothing to rave about.

Easy Setup

I just purchased an installed this. Amazing how smooth it went, considering I usually have to get help with things like this. The only issue I have is that there is a smear at the top of the sample pages I printed?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Setup

The setup was relatively painless, just time consuming.(set up wireless printing on 3 computers). So, it was a matter of loading the drivers, etc. each time. But, there were no problems with the connections, and all 3 printed right off the bat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little printer

I bought this printer as it was highly rated by a leading consumer magazine and I love it. Good features - love that I can print remotely and scan to my mobile device. The document feader is very handy. Very good print quality.

Great user experience

Easy to setup and get going. WiFi is great and lots of tech for a small device. I only had it for a day and my daughter is very happy with it. Fast 4x6 print of pics. I am very happy so far. I've used other products and this by far is the easiest setup and update of software for a printer that I have seen. Great price.

Great feature but epson cartridges for ink are not recognize

Restores old photos better than any product I have ever seen. They are great! One problem is that I purchase Epson ink the computer in the printer will not recognize the cartridge so I keep having to attempt to fix it every time I need ink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was a breeze to set up on the 3rd attempt after finding all the hidden protective tape in the copier. I guess it was there for a good reason. So far it doing a great job.
