I've had several printers and this is the worst so far. The ink often leaks or smears or skips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have purchased 5 Epson printers over the last 8 years. Reason: I like the quality of the pictures that I have printed. I have tried other printers but for me the best pictures were printed by Epson.

Good printer, but maybe some problems with software.

This is my second of this printer. Like it overall, but have problems in that I have to print pics in landscape only to get 0 margins in 4X6 or 5X7 paper. Maybe software issue?

I'M NOT SURE WHY I HAD TO RE-REGISTER MY PRINTER BUT I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN BECAUSE I WASN'T ABLE TO DELETE OR REMOVE THE REGISTRATION FORM OFF OF MY COMPUTER.

I bought the XP-830 a couple of months ago...I use it for printing recipes for my wife, faxing and for printing on CD/DVD's. It does everything well and economically, I am very pleased with my purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Accommodation to thick paper, nearly card stock, permits printing forms that are perforated for resizing to insert into cover and tray of CD jewel cases.

This printer was so easy to set up, configure to my laptop and register.
I think I am going to buy another one for the office to replace a larger and older printer.
