So many great features

This is the best AIO printer I've ever had! So many features it might feel like going back to school to learn but they are so worth it. The printer makes copies as good the originals when scanned in a high resolution.Colors are great and I'm very pleased with everything so far. You just can't go wrong with this one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have wasted more time fixing paper jams, replacing cartridges and wasting wrinkled paper that gets pushed through this printer than actually printing. I have owned printers over the years, but this takes the cake on wasting time. Looks great on my desk, when it printed the images looked great, but I will not get the time back that I have wasted fixing jams and waiting for this to actually print. It spits out multiple pages of a one page doc. Don't waste your money, move on! Sorry Epson, I tried, but this printer seems to fight back. I am not one to write bad reviews, but this really pushed me to write this. I am a trouble shooter and a patient person. This printer is stubborn.

A great printer

I do mostly photos, and they are exellent . I haven't been able to change presets or create new ones. The users guide isn't clear.

Compact and Works Well

I've had this printer for about a year. It is compact and works well and I'm especially happy with the quality of photo prints. I have trouble, however, setting the printer for double-sided copies and other commands (the touch screen is complicated).
I would recommend this to a friend!
