The installation and set up was the easiest yet and I'm 69 years old. This is my 4th Epson printer pictures and text are fantastic. Well done Epson

I just received my Epson XP-830 printer and hooked it up last night. It was very easy and quick to setup. No problems contecting it wirelessly at all. Love it so far. Prints fast and very clear and crisp. I am an epson fan and have had every other brand out there. I will continue to use Epson for all my printing needs!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replaced an XP800 with this

Our XP800 timed out. It reached it's electronic expiration date. While I suspect it was time, not usage, we were forced to buy a new printer. We opted for another EPSON because of the specs, price and reviews. All suggested this would be the ideal do all small footprint device. So far, it has exceeded our expectations with factors like price, installation ease (wireless), speed of printing (BW/Color), and size, we find the 830 is exactly what we needed. If there were a negative, it would be the rather small paper feed tray (150 sheets?). We. Have not printed any photographs yet, but we expect to after a trip to Alaska this summer.

Works fine but has reliability issues.

I had another model (XP-820) which lost wireless capability after about 1 year of use. I hope this problem has been fixed now in the XP-830. If this model proves reliable its a good value. If it fails like the previous one then I will try some other company.

I've had this printer for about a month now. Can't say enough good things about it. Easy to set up and use. Does everything I wanted it to do easily. We've had an Epson photo printer for years and I'm hoping this one lasts a long!
