I bought it didn't have a clue how to use it. Kept playing around with it and it's a amazing printer. Works good for me.

I love this printer the only thing that bums me out is that I cannot preset just to print in black or gray scale of color inks are low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had this printer for about a year now and I find it to be usable ,but not meeting the needs of my abilities. Its fine for a teen or person of limited needs, but I have found I do far more than what this allows. Secondly, I do Not have available time to learn a new printer system. Maybe I should have investigated further BEFORE purchasing a printer for my business needs!

This all-in-one is really finnicky, especially on shut down and when it comes to loading paper - this will just take some getting used to, another instance where man adapts to machine. Biggest thing, is that they say it is 2 sided printing - yes if you take the one printed sheet out and turn it over and put it back in the tray to me that is not 2 sided printing.

I bought this several months ago and have nothing but problems, would not connect wireless, has the worst designed paper system that you could possible design. I just tried it to print something and was not connect so it said,but had been working for several months.
