Great all around printer.

Bought this just a couple of months ago. I love Epson printers. This is a good all around printer for everyday printing needs, faxing, and scanning. However, the app needs updating. It does not play well with Apple and the scanning mode is finicky over wifi.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Missing my XP-820

Just setting this XP-830 up, but I am disappointed that my stock of 273 ink is not compatible. What a waste of money for me! Of course, the Epson Co. and local stores get to sell more ink that way. Also, my 820 was wireless with my computer. Although this 830 says it is, so far it isn't allowing me to set it up either automatically or manually. I'll call my server tomorrow & see if they can assist, although no information has changed (just the printer). :(

I love Epson printers. Had the last one for quite some time and I just wore the poor thing out. I can't say enough how great they are.

What a solitary group think failure to limit types of replacement cartridges. Time to switch brands.

Excellent Epson Expression is a Premium Printer

I bought this printer as a replacement for an old Epson that sadly had to retire. I was thrilled that even though this is an upgrade, it feels familiar so it is very easy to use. It was also super easy to set up (I am not techno-savvy). Very pleased
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine is great...Ink sucks

My only complaint is that the Black ink cartridge for printing and the Black ink cartridge for Photo Black have the same part number. And sadly, they have two different size cartridges. Twice, I had to return to the store - having purchased the incorrect Black ink. Easy for you to fix this problem!!!

printer is very touchy and if you do not operate the machine just correctly.. has tendency to freez on you... not all that reliable of a device

This printer has lots of useful features. WiFi access has been a real blessing. Now my wife can print from her iPad. The manual feed of a single sheet is a little awkward and that’s the only reason I don’t give the printers 5 star rating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
