Have to continuously restart

The printer prints great quality pictures and the scanner works great as well. The problem is the connection with my Windows 10 PC keeps getting lost and I have to restart the printer to get it back.

It does print, so that's a plus. I am not however, impressed by the construction of this machine. Everything is plastic, and thin plastic at that. The paper tray holds maybe 20-25 sheets of paper, so don't plan on printing anything long! It's set up for European size paper so you have to change the settings to get it to finally agree to accept 8.5 x 11.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't print what I want to print, it only wants to print what it wants to print.
Can't even print my checking to check my record without staying on line.
No instructions, it has frustrating since I got it.

Good but will not print if ink is even close to low.

I loved everything about this printer until my ink started getting low. The printer will not allow you to print anything at all if any of the cartridges are anywhere close to low. I wanted to print in black and white and since one of the color cartridges was low, I couldn't print anything at all. Ridiculous!

Hello BarkerBunch2005, Epson printers contain a permanent print head that needs to be charged with all colors to work to keep the print head charged, preventing air bubbles from entering. Air bubbles can damage the print head. Even when you are printing black text only.
