Not happy at all...not sure who to place blame with

I've had this about 6 months. I WAS very happy with it. Since a Windows update I keep getting the Communication Error message. I've removed and reinstalled the printer and all applications several times. Same message. I cannot directly scan from my printer. I have to go through Epson application.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy installation

I just bought the Epson XP 830 printer. It was the easiest installation of any printer I have ever used, which is important for a person who is not very technologically inclined.
I would recommend this to a friend!

limited automatic install, scanner inoperable with wi-fi

So far our IT tech has been unable to do a complete install due to incompatibility with wi-fi system in our community. After second attempt he had to force the install of the print function and that is all I have for now. I am very disappointed with this printer.
