Nightmare

Setup of this printer was a nightmare. No documentation of any kind. I had to search for Epson and find the uploads - No indication on the exterior or interior of the box / product of what had to done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Without a doubt the easiest and most trouble free device installation I have ever had the pleasure of doing. Instructions were the most complete, accurate and easiest to follow I have ever encountered in over 20 years of PC experience.

Printer installation

I am a "some assembly required" challenged person, but unpacking, untaping, plug in, install cartridges, basic set up was very easy, directions were simple - not cluttered up - ez to read and follow. Utilizing the online video tutorial to set up my printer wireless with laptop was also very ez to follow and I was set up in a short time. Thank you for making this very very user friendly. The printer itself is very sleek, compact, also looks very ez to use as well as having all the functionality I want, and very affordable. I noticed it is also MUCH quieter than my old printer. Thank you

The Best Printer and Scaner

I bought my first Epson printer five years ago, it has everything, best quality, very easy to use and set up, I have benefit so much from using it. There is no problems so far, still works very well, I love it. Now, I bought second one for picture scanning, just feel Epson printers have provide more qualities and features than I expected.

Very easy to setup. I did not have a problem connecting wireless. Everything is very fast. the touch pad has everything at your fingertips.

great photo printer

I have been printing 4x6 prints for a month now and appreciate the great color reproductions as seen on the monitor. It is a little harder to do borderless prints, but I have not noted any falling off at the borders as warned. Trying to do a 4x5.5 inch print from an I phone and leave white borders on the ends can not be done.
I am looking forward to using all the other programs that this printer offers.

I like the compact size of this machine, but I am disappointed in the ink consumption. It does not seem to print as much as the more cumbersome Artisan I had before with the ink cartridges - but the cartridges are the same price.
