Difficulty setting up printer

entering the password during the set up, it took a while to figure out the number sequence. Once I got that down, it went well.

Epson XP-830

I have been using Epson printers for about 18 years and I just purchased the XP-830 to replace a very old Epson combo printer/fax/scanner. In addition to the economic position of the XP-830, the stronger feature set and the quality are amazing, not to mention the improvements in the accompanying CD with all of the installation software. I was also very pleased with the new DVD printing approach. All I can say is "Don't buy another brand, Epson has outdone themselves".

Epson 630

I upgraded from a Epson 610 to the 630. I found the installation instructions very concise and accurate. I had difficulty with setting up the Wi-Fi connection but following the corrective action (shutting down the browser and restarting it) cleared the problem. A very well packaged printer and easy to get into operation. I am looking forward to some great use and productivity. Thanks Epson for a series of great products. SCB

Great MF printer

We bought this for duplex scanning of our bills and statements as well as a general home office printer. Installation was a breeze, as the Epson software did it all including the WI-FI connection. I justr let it do its thing.
Document printing is clear and the photos are crisp with perfect color tone as expected from Epson. The ink cartridges supplied did not last long as they are used to provide the initial ink charge to the printer. The XL cartridges are lasting pretty well.

I have had many printers over the years but my Epson XP-830 is the most reliable and prints beautifully ! It truly is the best value for a printer. Plus Epson stands behind their Printers.

Paper jam won't clear

During the initial set up of the printer, I received the Remove paper jam error before paper was even loaded. Can not clear the error and I can't find any help form Epson Support System. Printer is going back to the store tomorrow for a full refund. I will try to find another printer manufacturer that can provide a printer that will print DVD Labels.

Even with extra large XL ink it is the worst printer I ever bought . Ink finish so fast I don't get it if there is any ink there . It's the original ink. For that reason I wouldn't recommend to any one to purchase Epson at least my model 830 . Just because if this I will buy a new printer

Good product for the home. It is smaller than most printers. Can only rate it a 3 star product because it uses a lot of ink & the ink is expensive.
