I am so pleased with my printer. It is very quiet while printing. I love the two sided printing, no more sitting to wait to turn my document over.

Quality prints - set up

The final quality of the 4x6" photos, as well as the 8x10" of the same photo are superb.
When I print one test print, the balance and colors are great. then when I print several photos of the initial print without changing any settings, the color balance and contrast are unacceptable. It seems the act of printing, resets or changes the photo settings.
How do I synch the printer to the monitor colors?
Set up instructions should be well illustrated and step by step explanations . Some trial and error were needed before set up was complete.
Why doesn't Epson include software to touch up or adjust the photo prior to printing?
I would recommend this to a friend!

problems with the touch screen

LED touch screen worked for a few days. Epson set me another unit & I had the same issue although this time it worked for about 2 weeks. probably call them again for a refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought this printer and I do not like the fact that the paper discharge output tray must be extended into the desk space at all times to print. I have no problem with the paper discharging right onto the desk. If I push the tray in to get it out of the way and forget to pull it back out the printer will not print. Therefore, if I then try to print remotely it will not print and I am out of luck until I return to my desk to pull the output tray back out.
Otherwise, so far so good. Easy setup and installation.

I just now finished setting up the printer
Easy to set up
Used a USB cable instead of wifi, Although it said wifi was recommended.
I will review further when i have used it
One thing i noticed already , Is when you print something, The paper tray holder automatically pops out , Pretty cool feature

Network setup is screwed up

When I set up my network, the setup program rejected my password because I left the insertion point on an open space as opposed leaving it on the last number of the password. That is way too touchy - make it more idiot proof, PLEASE>
