I purchased this all-in-one not knowing what to expect. Previously I had separate printers scanners and fax machines. This one does it all (including printing CDs) and does it well. I am very pleased with the Epson Expression 830.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I JUST FINISHED SETTING UP I HAVE ANOTHER EPSON AND I AM HAPPY WITH IT. SO I AM SURE I WILL LIKE THIS ONE TOO. TEST PAGE WAS BEAUTIFUL.

If you’re searching for a true “small” all in one and have left stores exhausted, disappointed, frustrated by those showing you printer after printer that look either the same size or larger without titles of “small”, without all capabilities- and perhaps may be questioning your sanity...I’m here to tell you- they DO exist! And it’s light, compact and quite poweful for all the incredible features it carries.
I’d gladly give it 5 stars were it not for the vampire that seems to suck the ink in an incredible mode, but honestly that’s a quarter star since (1) I’ve had it idle for a bit and (2) my place is apparently drier than Sahara humidity- wise.
This beauty has already packed and unpacked in two homes and connection was a breeze. I’m just now starting to get deep with the Epson Connect services and falling in love even more. BTW- photo quality? Exceptional and fast. For the price, features, dimensions, sleek looks, and even being oh so quiet and quick for home office this is an absolute great buy. You can stop yelling “serenity now!”

The printer was easy to hook up and all features have been used yet(fax) need info on how to hook up. This is our second epson printer and have loved them both.

Can't print on CD's

I like all of the features EXCEPT I cannot print on my CD's. I need to print a CD every week for my church. My old Artisan 837 worked fine. However, neither works now. I get the message that I need a new driver. I have downloaded and installed new drivers over and over with no success. Very disappointed.

Poor paper feed -

I bought this printer one month ago. To date (using standard paper) I have had countless paper jamb failures, some pages not printing (pages 1 and 3 print - Page 2??) some blank pages (page 1, blank, page2). In addition, the paper tray is difficult to load. I have to take it completely out to successfully load it, and then getting it positioned to slide back in is difficult at best. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. I would take it back, but my 14 days has expired.

I am trying to install Epson xp-830 printer and it is not easy. I guess I'm going to have to heir a computer person to get it done. NOT EASY FOR A AVERAGE PERSON.
