Worked liked a charm...

I have to tell you that whenever I buy an item I spend a couple days thinking on it and trying to make sure that I know exactly what to do and follow the instructions...you know how it goes...something goes astray and you are a loss, what to do. This is one of the first times, I followed the instructions and it works fine. The printer set up like it was supposed to and I got my first printed page without problems. I am elated. Thanks Epson, you did an excellent job on set up that is easy and took the worry out of the project of set up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a bad little printer.

I have little room in my home office for a printer and I don't really need one of the big workhorses for what I do. After my old hp printer died, I went shopping and, having had another, larger printer in my wife's office, I thought well of Epson. My only complaint with the XP-630 is that the cartridges do't hold a lot of ink. Instead of buying the pack with all the colors in it, I now go for the individual XL cartridges, which seem better, so far. It's a little more money, but I don't have to run out for ink every week.

Slow install

You only do this once (I hope) but the install is very slow and the instructions are OK but not complete. So far the print quality is excellent. WiFi connection was automatic!

Epson forever

This is my 3rd Epson printer. My last one, R200, is still working but couldn't pass up the deal on a new one that is wireless. The ink is economical, I have never had a days problems when any of the other 2, hope this one will live up to the standard set by my 2 previous printers.

Print Good - Scan not so much

Printer prints very well, even color pictures. The scanning feature though doesn’t work as well as my old EPSON CX5000. The File Settings page isn’t even an option on my iMac. I need this to scan to PDF and have it scan multiple pages to one document. I finally installed the drivers on my work PC, where the “Add a Page” option comes up, but it still scans each page to a separate file. My old printer could scan more easily than this! Disappointed in that feature.

great printer for the money

It was time to replace the printer that came with my Dell desktop. I did some comparison shopping on line and read the reviews for several of the top brands, Epson was the brand most favored. Purchased the XP630 at Best Buy at 1:45PM today and it only took 15 minutes to set it up and download the drivers from the included CD. I printed several documents. Black print is very crisp and Color prints are true...and NO smudges. ALSO...printer footprint is small (about 15 x 13 x 5 inches high).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Printer

I can't say yet how reliable and long-lasting this printer will be but it was very easy to set up and everything works perfectly. The setup routine easily got the printer driver installed and network access implemented. The printer has all the features I would want in a home machine and as a bonus, it doesn't take up much space on the desktop. The construction seems a little flimsy but I see no major problems there. I have seen some negative reviews about print quality, but print quality seems fine to me. Well worth its price.
