Absolutely LOVE the quality

I was in desperate need of a new printer that was compatible with my new computer. So when I got this I was extremely surprised! It not only includes starter ink, but it also included additional ink cassettes for when the original ones run out. This really is an ALL IN ONE printer, great for the small business or the work from home mommy. Fax, copy, scan, print and photos! Everything I need it to do, and it does it. I also love that there is a tray included to put your installation disk in, I am always misplacing mine, so this was a huge perk for me. I highly recommend this printer.

Breeze to set up

Just got it today. Very simple to set up. Printed the test page beautifully. Mainly for printing on CDs. So until I've done that a few hundred times, the review will be 4 stars. I've owned two other Epson printers that did CDs and they worked like a dream until they finally died of old age. Have high confidence in this one's potential.

easy setup

I was hesitant to buy this product because many reviewers found the set up to be complicated. I am not sure what happened with them because I found set up very easy and straight forward. No assembly, graphics complimented minimal text well and the software did most of the work setting up the wifi connections.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Identification of the output tray is difficult to find.
Instructions could be clearer.

Overall instuctions (pictures) of the printer screen are in need of more clarification.

Loved the way this printer looked and the options for this printer - However not an easy set up- Took me two days to get it to be able to print and could only print by cable - Ended up taking it back-Never got a chance to see the features - Even my IT Guy could not get it to hook up wireless - Tried to get support on line and can't - Hours of operation only till 4 pm Mon-Sat-by phone only
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought it mostly for printing on CD/DVD's. It does a great job at that. I really like the quality of print on all sorts of media. The different output trays can be a little challenging and as usual with all ink jet printers, the ink is priced way too high. Too bad, I would use it more if ink was less costly.
