I can print test from the computer.
If I want to scan from the computer, the computer can not find the printer even though when I went through the connection process , it printed off the id and stuff in a report.
Can't use Epson Scan.

If I open the epson utility and select scanner, it finds it ok. I can scan and file it on computer.
Run the connection Doc, and it can't find a scanner

I had purchased an Epson XP-610 3 years ago and used it on a more than regular basis. After heavy use for 3 years it finally started getting a little splotchy. I now upgraded to the 630 and absolutely love it. It was also rated the consumer reports best buy for 2016 for All in One inkjet. Easy to setup, including the network. Quality product at a very competitive price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Expression Premium XP630

I just bought this printer today. I had been using a Artisan 50 for a number of years & I loved it, however, it was wearing down so I bought the xp630. It was very easy to setup and start printing. One of the reasons I bought this printer is because it prints on CD'S/DVD's. And mostly the quality is great.

After using the printer for a month. I absolutely love it. Wasn't sure at first & sorry to say I gave an unfavorable review. I wish I could retract that review as I was very unfair. More out of frustration because I wasn't familiar with all the features BECAUSE I did not take time to read the great User's Guide. Sorry Epson. Great value & very easy for a 80 year old lady to use!!!!!!

I first have to be up front and say that I was a computer and printer dealer for a rival company for 16 years. I am not overstating the case for EPSON by saying it has the competition beat hands down.
The very easy setup was a dream. My first unit developed a problem and their Support is First Rate! They sent me another updated printer pronto and it was easier than the first to setup and print. WOW! Now that's customer service!!!

You just cannot go wrong with EPSON Printers. They have a very wide variety to choose from for your specific needs.
I'm retired now and needed just a small-all-in-one as my other ink printer died. (Yes, it was from the Manufacturer I used to represent as a Dealer.) I decided to try EPSON this time and boy was I very pleasantly surprised! I'm quite sure those of you who try their printers will be also.
By the way, Consumer Reports rated one of their personal printers as the Best!

This is my 2nd Epson printer. Love this printer because its wireless; 2-sided prints; it does photos without smear and changing cartridges is easy. The cartridges also have caps on them to keep things clean when changing. The touch screen is easy with many options to choose from. Small and compact it opens when printing to release the paper tray and when complete the tray returns keeping dust out. I haven't used the SD card slot yet. Quality is super!

The quality I received for the price I paid is excellent. I have primarily been using this printer for normal print jobs, and for scanning documents for storage purposes, for which it has been terrific. I would definitely recommend this printer to someone who wants dependability and quality

easy to use

The Epson XP-830 was easy to setup. I first had a defective printer. It was easy to explain my problem to the customer service rep and I got a replacement fast, however the office was only open during business hours. (I was trying to do the setup on a holiday and I needed to wait until the next day.) Another issue I had was finding the Cassette 2 to load paper. It wasn't marked as well as Cassette 1.
