I have gone through a few printers in my day and this one was the easiest to install ever! Everything was intuitive and straight forward.

This is my second Epson printer replacing my first printer that I had for many, many years. It provided such good quality service during that time that I just naturally looked at Epson first for a replacement. A GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT

No scan on wireless

Looks nice, can print wireless, but printer will not scan. It keeps telling me that I need to have a USB cable. Have set the printer up 3 times now but will not scan unless it has a USB cable attached. It will print but won't scan. It will be going back tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wanted this printer to mainly do printing on fabrics for art quilts as Epson was suggestd the best for this purpose. My print outs have blue lines in them and can no way print my fabric. Even paper prints are not as good as my old computer. I'm NOT very happy.

Worst Printer EVER!!

I purchased this printer for my home office. I have used it less than a month and the black cartridge is out of ink. No replacements in any retail - must be ordered on line and will not be here for 3 days. My old Epson would continue to operate if one cartridge was out of ink. Not this one! This machine is totally worthless without the cartridge. Someone at Epson should have made certain that ink was available in retail before introducing this machine. Never again!!!

Poor Instructions

Instructions for setting it up are abysmal. The portion involving the paper tray are opaque, and there is no longer telephone service on this model. It;s fine if you are a computer expert, but very difficult for senior citizens.
