Great product

A great product and easy to use. The only problem I had was how to get it to print because of the paper loading and which drawer was to be in or out. The set-up instructions on this were confusing. Other than that....great!
The "how-to-videos" on your site, don't work!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice printer, but I have been extremely disappointed in the size of the ink cartridges and the paper tray. Yes, this includes the extra large cartridges which give only a few pages of print per cartridges. Also, I need to put in more paper nearly every time I use the printer. I would not buy it again, and will most likely get rid of it very soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

sorry to say I am not as happy with this printer as I expected to be. The printing of pictures takes as long as 8 minutes. The document printing has not been working well either. I tried to print an email and it is impossible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Way below previous Epson products

Product is noisy and seems to be cycling more than my previous Epson which finally gave out. Sometimes pauses prior to actually printing. If I could buy another Artisan model I would throw this one out. It is attached to a MAC, perhaps that is the problem. Your telephone help line was kind enough to help with the set-up.

Easy to Set Up

I just bought this XP-630 today, so I don't have a lot of experience using it yet. What I can say for sure is that the set up experience was great. Everything from the download, to the cartridge install, to the wi-fi set up, was super easy and convenient.
I also love the small size of this model. It has all the functionality I need in a small, clever configuration. It leaves plenty of space on my desk. Kudos to the design team for devising a "small-in-one" printer!
I would recommend this to a friend!
