They should of included a start up CD with the printer. It was difficult downloading via internet

Great, simple and effective printer. Prints a 4x6 photo in about 4 seconds and quality is excellent. Recommended.

Most IMPRESSIVE! Everything worked as promised at a price that simply cannot be beat. Beautiful Color Images, Crisp, Accurate Scans and as for the added features such as The Coloring Book feature and the CD Printer, I can only say WOW! It is WI-FI capable and I might add that this Printer is VERY economical when it comes to Ink Usage — a rarity for an Ink Jet Printer. Technical support is Great and I have to add that so-far this All-In-One Machine has shown nothing that I could call a flaw and I recommend it without any reservation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Driver for Mac Doesn't Load Properly

Can print and copy but had a lot of difficulty getting drivers for OSX 12 to load. After numerous attempts, they seem to have loaded but now the printer soesn't automatically "sleep" but continues to stay ON. Lack of helpdesk 800 number or address makes it very frustrating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is ALWAYS out of some variety of ink- a colossal pain! Don't buy unless you live next door to a supplier of ink!!!!!
