Not an All-in-one

This a printer only and it only works with a direct USB connection. If all you want is a single purpose, usb printer, get one that costs a lot less. This one will not scan to your computer, it cannot find your wireless network, it cannot connect to a lan. In short, it is a complete waste of money.

I purchased the XP-830 because it had most of the features of the Artisan 810. I had to return it because it didn't print (it was broken out of the box). I also learned it didn't hold enough sheets of paper for high use. I'd recommend you look for another printer

Adequate so far good value. Initial defective cradle set up hour or so didn't work , ended up taking back. So far seems fine

I really found Epson to be very x-cellent in printing, photos, cds, & documents. it uses ink very well, lasts a long time. this is my second Epson printer, my first crapped out on me after 8 months, I guess I am hard on printers, but I do like the way it prints my photos.

Set up kept nagging me to remove all the packing material in the scanner...... After several nags I finally removed the clear plastic at the top of the scanner since I could not find any more packing materials in the SCANNER. Well it turns out that the packing materials were in the PRINTER. Now the scanner jams. New printer that JAMS that sucks. May have to return it.

Installation was somewhat easy

I just bought this Epson for my home and business use, following my purchase of an Epson Workforce 3640 for my office (which is primarily where I do my business printing). Sometimes, I have the need to print from home in the evenings. After following all the instructions with the CD installation disc, I expected the printer to print at the end when I got to the screen that said "print test" .... it did NOT print anything. I tried a couple of times and still am unable to print anything. I'm VERY disappointed with this result.
