The ink runs out so quickly it is outrageous. The quality of the printer is good but it is not cost effective.

Bad Purchase

This printer has been nothing but problems. I've returned one under warranty & the replacement is just as bad. Continually states there is a paper jam when there's not & won't recognize Brother ink cartridges. Both printers have/had the same problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up, good print results

This is about property rights. Once I purchase a product from you, you have no control over it except to fulfill warranty requirements. This will be the last Brother machine I use if you continue to interrupt operation to remind me to buy Brother ink cartridges.

The produce is reliable, stylish, easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth feature is great for printing from other devices besides your computer. Very versatile!!!

Love our Brother Printers. Have had the MFC-J485DW for almost 2 yrs and our Brother MFC-J625DW over 4 years. GREAT GREAT PRINTERS!!!

I bought this product in the wake of a much failed attempt to install an HP inkjet wireless printer. The installation was laborious and unfruitful. I decided to try brother because my wife and I have been watching project runway and saw that they confided in the Brother products for their show.
I was much delighted to see that the installation of the brother printer was Quick and easy, all the work being done by the system and not the user. In all aspects I have been more than satisfied with the performance of this product and Brother has earned a faithful customer in me

good multi printer

overall a good value multi machine.The only flaw is network capability.
seems to drop off every once in a while and has to be restarted to reconnect.
