We had to purchase a new printer immediately as the old one died and my college student needed to print out her paper. A Best Buy employee recommended this printer. I brought it home, it was easy to set up to all our lap tops and it works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have need of a printer, fax machine, and a copy machine, and this Brother work smart printer fits the bill. It is very easy to use, and the print quality is very good.

Exceeds my expectations

I've never had a product that I didn't have to call for assistance with installation, but, I was able to install this printer without any assistance and without any problems. I'm printing more articles because of the two sided capability and it's so easy using the wireless connection with my phone and laptop. Could not have asked for a better product.

Pros and Cons.
I am so pleased with my Brother 3-in-one printer. Scanning is made simple by pulling pages in to be scanned and it prints double sided beautifully, without having to take the sheets out and reinserting them as my previous printer.
I have not tried faxing yet.
I am not electronically savvy, so the set up was a bit time consuming, until I brought a cable to connect the printer to the laptop. I think the cable should have come with printer.
I also had to purchase a CD player to download the software from the CD (that comes with the printer) for the setup. Trying to download the software from on line, my security kept giving me Warnings. I was unable to contact anyone from Brother to help.
Other than that, I copied a colorful check that was so well done I had to mark that it was a copy, so that I would not get it confused with the real check.
Good buy!

It's the printers dream!!!

Wow, I can't say enough about my new printer, Fax, Scanner. It's compact and easy to install and I especially like how accessible the Ink cartridges are, and also on what it costs to operate. The Ink is very reasonably priced!!! Thank you Brother!
