This printer will not stay connected to Wi-Fi. I have to turn it off and back on just to get it to print every time I want to print.

The printer feature does not work -- no matter what we did. I had to hook up the old printer and use this one for copies and fax.
The ink cartridges do not register even when they are full. It keeps saying to replace cartridges. The store was no help. The customer assistance team was no help.

Good home printer

This printer was super easy to set up and I have never set up a printer before. The printer is used occasionally for homework and crafting patterns. The print quality is good. However the printer is not very fast so it may not be good for an office environment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer was easy to set up BUT it will not print from my computer except from my notepad program and then it is extremely slow. Copies nicely and quickly within the machine.

My brother printer will not print. It keeps going to "fax". It is usless to me now. I don't know how to bring it back to manufacters specifications. Can you help. I tried using the disk but that does not solve me problem

Friends don’t let friends buy a Brother all in one

I spent more time with technical support than copying, printing or scanning.It was my 2nd Brother printer in 6 months the other one I almost had to call tech support before every scanning job. The straw that broke the camels back is when the tech geek helping me told me my printer wouldn’t work unless uninstalled my anti virus software. Brother all in ones are only great at wasting your money & raising your blood pressure
