Was sold this product as it was easy to set up/use

I purchased this product with the salesperson fully aware I had NO idea about any computer set up, printer set up, etc. The only thing I can do with this is print. I cannot scan/copy because it keeps telling me I'm not connected or something. I also can't fax because I don't have a landline but the salesperson failed to tell me that. I'm happy I can print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looking for low priced color inkjet printer. Easy to setup and works well. Weight lest than old printer and not as sturdy built, esp paper tray area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only used my new printer about a dozen times.
I love it because it is more simple & much faster printing than other printers I have had!

Product was easy to set up Display screen shows status of ink levels; mode of operation. Sleep mode is a true energy saver!
