I DID NOT READ THE SPEC. ON THIS PRINTER BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. IF I HAD I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT.

bought this printer as I had a Brother before and was happy but this printer is not very good and have constantly problems and need to call the technician to help me out. What happened to a printer that I considered because of the company name worth buying?
