Just can’t figure out why it won’t print from desk top Mac however will print from my iPhone.

This all-in-one printer was easy to set up including the wi fi connection. So far I have only used the print/copy and scanning functions. Print quality was good. Have never used scanning function on any printer. This was easy to use and results turned out very well. So far I am very satisfied with this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible Install

Great, once you can get it to work! It does NOT work with Windows 7, apparently (but there's no warning about this!) If I had known, I wouldn't have purchased it. Brother technical assistance doesn't know how to fix the troubled install. They have no clue. The program tries to install the software, but crashes every time (sometimes the "fax" portion of the printer shows up, but never the actual printer). I did multiple "clean" installs, but nothing. Someone on a third-party internet forum figured it out, thankfully, and I was able to finally install it. Works perfect on my laptop with Win 8.1.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best compact and easy operation ever

The Brother All-in-one is my best purchase ever. It's ease of operation makes for superb printing. It was highly recommended to me by a friend, so thankful , works great with all our wireless devices.

Great value

This is my second Brother printer: it is a great machine & a great value.
My only complaint is how the Brother Customer Service has deteriorated, hence my 3 stars instead of 5. My printer arrived, I immediately registered it online that same day. That same day I discovered that the Yellow ink that came with the printer was empty. I called customer support & the tech (overseas call center) had to confer with his supervisorv / manager whio asked for my proof of purchase. I indicated I had registered it online the day that I purchased it and that should suffice. The supervisor was adamant in demanding 'proof of purchase', apparantly not trusting the customer nor the Brother product registration oprocess.
Very annoying & embasressing: Brother should have seen the registration & shipped out a replacement ink cartridge.
