GREAT PRINTER

Set up was a snap and no problems since we started using it, two-sided printing works great. We are still using the starter ink cartridges. We have not set up fax yet. This printer works great.

Good printer

The was easy to set up and the print quality is good. The only issue was the wireless configuration, this printer only runs on WPA security protocol so I had to reset my network to this lower security level. Not a significant issue or amount of work but was a bit disappointing given the higher WPA2 protocol has been around for some time and is a standard on most home networks. Good printer for the money.

Great printer/copier, but eats color ink

Love the compact size and features of this machine. It's quiet and quick - I use it wirelessly. The default is to use color printing and I have been unable to change the default to black. Most of my printing is black and white, so I have to go in every time and change it to grayscale. If you don't mind doing that or you print mostly in color, I would recommend this highly for home use.

Well I really like my printer.I had someone set it up fopr me. I am 72 years of age. I only used the printer part of the machine so far.

Good Product

Works great and does a lot more than my previous printer, with some nice features, however it is somewhat slow when I try to make copies on certain settings. One page took a good five minutes.
