It works great

This all in one works well. Setting it up and understanding all the features and how to use it with my iMac over a wireless connection has taken me a while and I am still not sure I can access all the features.

Nice printer

I was very impressed with the duplex printing feature, It is a nice addition so I don't have to flip pages manually. Quick prints. But like many others it is an ink hog. I have gone through several cartridges since I bought it. I added the high yield ones this time to see if they last longer. I just wish all of the printer companies would lower their prices on the consumables. You can easily surpass the cost of the printer with ink purchases.

Versatile printer

Versatile printer, and I love the document feeder. It doesn't take up a lot of space and folds up to reduce its footprint even further. Compared to other brands with similar features, its a great value. I use it mainly for printing coupons and scanning things to pdf. It was easy to setup. The only thing I could see improving is all the extra button pushing needed when opening the paper tray and shutting it down. That's a pretty small price to pay for a nice printer with cheap ink.

Pro: I love the convenience of having the printer always ready to print. This is a big plus.
Only con: Uses a lot of ink for cleaning.

Great Little Printer

This is a great little printer. Easy to setup and I love the wireless! Also, it seems to be easy on the ink but I've only had it for a short time.

Not what I expected!!

This printer will not print if any of the cartridges are low/out!! Yes that means if it runs out of blue you can't print in black only! Can't easily switch from one network to another, every time I have to put in my password, would be nice if it would save it. Most of the time it cannot connect to my computer to scan.... slow to print.... needless to say I am sorry I didn't check this one out more before buying....

I like the printer because it fits my needs - small, efficient and has fax, print, copy, scan and two sided. However, I have yet to figure out how to do two sided. I contacted your help desk several times - but for some reason I can't copy two sided. Also, ink cartridges don't last too long, and other than black you have to buy all three colors even if you only need one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
