I wish that this printer can WIFI in All 50 states! My brother has a printer that does that! Also it's great that this printer knows when to print front and back w/out turn the paper over! Job well done !

This by far has been the easiest and best printer I have ever owned. The only thing that would make it better is too have Bluetooth integrated on it so that I could print straight from my phone or tablet when the internet isn't available. Other then that awesome product

The final product (copies) is very good but the machine is beyond S L O W! Like forever when it's printing from my computer. Easy to connect to computer, etc.

Horrible support

Purchased in July and took to January to get support person who fixed our error message. Called numerous times about a recurring error, they always go through same steps and insist it would be fixed only to have it come back. They finally said to factory reset printer and it has worked
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
