Love printer and all options except wireless.

Not tech savy and cannot connect Apple phone or I-pad to wireless. Tried reading instructions but too complicated for me. Otherwise love the printer features and quality.

Very easy wifi, prints good, seems like short ink cartridge life, and DO not like to reload paper from inside on removeable tray, go!od value

Great Quality Printing

I am happy with the quality of this printer. It prints high quality prints and copies. Ink is reasonably priced. We have found that it loses it's connection to the computer when it goes to sleep. To solve this problem we just turn it off once we have printed our document. My research shows that this is a common problem with this printer. Otherwise it's great.

I do not request many copies in a year but this is perfect for me and probably an increase in volume would be no problem Easy to set up and help is easy to access.In short,I love it.

Paper Jams

I purchased this printer because it was supposed to be more cost efficient on ink. It is. However, it has continuous paper jams - with no paper in it! It can be sitting quietly in the office, and the "paper jam" message will pop up! I go through all things it tells me to no avail. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good little printer, not too expensive off the shelf. My only complaints are (1) it jams too often and (2) the ink required is expensive. I suspect the latter is true for many printers, though.

Good quality printing and scanning

The printing and scanning functions are great. My major problem is I could not load the software thats why I only gave it 4 stars. I kept getting a failure notice. Had to use a freeware to operate the printing and scanning operation.
