Color not as good as my older model. Sounds like it is in pain when it is retrieving the paper. Has caused in coming calls to go to fax in first ring but not always. Have double checked the settings. May be missing something.

So far I have liked the printer although I haven't tried everything it has to offer. I don't particularly like how the paper loads as it is quite awkward. The printer is also very noisy but I have not tried the quiet mode. For the most part I like it.

Everything is awesome except I have to connect to wifi each time I wanna print from my phone or computer so that's an pain in the but if I could get it to stay connected I would give it 5 stars

The printer functions fine albeit a little heavy on the ink when printing pictures. The scanner, fax, and copier functions fine as well. No issues so far with the document feeder picking up more than one page at a time. I use it quite a bit for creating PDF files, so for me the document feeder is critical. Network setup is straight forward and customizable for network administrators. Wireless printing with the app works flawlessly from my mobile devices. No complaints. It's inexpensive and robust. XL capacity cartridges help.

Of all the other brands I've used, Brothers have been found to be the most reliable on the long run. Unlike the other brands, Brothers doesn't make their cartridges obsolete so if you ever need to upgrade or add a unit, you won't get stuck with boxes of unuseable obsolete toner or cartridges that no longer fit.

Great copies. Slow printing

Makes great copies and prints. It is slow so if you are doing multiple pages, be patient. Also does not have a draft or economy mode that I could find.
