For this machine "ALL IN ONE" says it all. Very convenient easy to use features also good on the budget, getting way more for the price.

Reliable Printer

This is our second Brother Printer and we love it. It is efficient, easy to use and prints nice color and black and white. The copier and Fax are also great features. When you master the menu options, you've got it made! It doesn't drink ink too quickly which is great too.

I like this printer very much with one exception...I would like to be able to disable the fax feature, but can't. I have to leave it unplugged except when using, due to my phone accepting messages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the price, one might expect some output to be less than good. But we have yet to find any output that is not very good. But you do have to be patient while it does its thing!

I had a HP printer for 7 years which I easily installed; this one has given me nightmares - took days and assistance to install and now it is always going off line. At least it is saving me paper - I can't print anything!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I never had a brother product before it's always been HP products, this has been the best all in one printer I have ever had. I love the feature that I can print from my cell phone. Thank you for a great printer.

Once I researched the setup requirements of this printer in a Linux machine, it was fairly easy to install. Thank you, Brother, for making it fairly simple.
I don't yet know about cost per page, but I love the printer, especially the duplex printing.
