Software problem

The printer works fine but I cannot get the Brother utilities to work from my computer. I have uninstalled and installed the latest software twice.

Great Value For $ Spent

A bit slow but more than satisfactory for home use. Wireless interface to my AT&T Router was a bit tricky but once synced has worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend for home or small office environment.

I just bought a Brother Printer , and I Love it ! It was very easy to install and now I use it to print off all my coupons for groc. And other store specials . Also the ink is easy to install ! Great printer and it is wireless ! Hope this helps someone.

I like the unit, but it continually disconnects from my Wifi connection. Every time I want to use it, I have to go through the set up process and reconnect to my Wifi. The only component I have in my house that I must do this with. Seems to be a glitch in the printer program.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this product. I just scanned a document and sent it to my e-mail so I could forward it on to others; all with WiFi. It worked beautifully. I definitely recommend this item.
