I didn't realize it came with an "Automatic Cleaner" until it came on. Very good feature.

Set Up Issues

The biggest issue that I had with the printer was getting it properly connected. I spent an 1.5 hours on the phones getting to work properly. Once completed the task of getting it set up in the right way, I have enjoyed the printer.

really, really slow print

I just bought this machine. Setup wasn't bad and print quality if good but it takes like 2 minutes to print a simple page in black and white, no color. I've looked for settings to reduce the quality of the print in order to speed things up but it appears to be set at the lowest quality setting already..normal, as opposed to a fine and best setting. I may well take this back because I just don't want to wait so long for a single age to print out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to set up and configure

This is my third Brother All-in-one. If current difficulties in set up and configuration continue, it may be my last. I would rate it higher if all features were more readily accessible.

Great price and quality

I found it little slow but I don't mind because it has all the features and great Wi-Fi connectivity, fax is good, scan is very easy to do, etc. And ink consumption is also decent. I like how it is easy to load and remove the ink cartridge.

This is the best printer I have ever used. The accesses to paper loading and ink cartridge replacement are exceptionally simple. Robustly constructed and well-engineered. Light weight and a space-saver. Reasonably priced and sleekly finished. Controls and display windows are clearly understood. From the early advent of typewriters to now the best line of printers, Brother printer is a superb product..
