I am disappointed that this printer does not stay online. I have to continually put in the passcode to get it back online. Very frustrating

So far I love it. The manufacter ink that came with it ran out pretty quick but other then that its great

First months of ownership

A home use review: Product has functions which are yet to be learned. Simple connection to our home network. Prints clear/clean images and letter quality. The ink works very well on the paper with no distortion and perfect contrast.
Only suggestion is the load and discharge of the printed page is abrupt and more noisy than previous printers.

Unimpressed With Colors

Compared to my old HP 932C, the colors appear to be "washed out" - particularly the red hues,
Also, your tech writers could do a better job with the set-up instructions. I had a heck of a time figuring out how to configure the time/date settings.The instruction also did a poor job of showing where the USB port is located for those who prefer hard wiring the printer to their PC.

I like the product i have , i learned how to use some of the features , sometimes i have to try to remember how i did something before i look at the msnual .

Nice little printer

I don't do as much printing as I once did, so I didn't want to make a large investment in a replacement printer, but I didn't want to give up features like duplex printing and network capability. This is a good compromise. It works well, I like that the cartridges are accessible from the little "front door" and I like that you replace one color instead of a still half full combination cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is a terrific value for the price paid. It is quick, I can sheet-feed pages, print quality is great--all around great buy. We were unable to figure out how to make it wireless. But I can handle that.
