This all in one is the easiest I have used. I replaced an HP all in one due to power button issues. I like the way the ink cartridges are packaged. The ease of use from copying, scanning, faxing is great. I have not found a negative.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper Jams all the time..does not stay connected to wifi...printing errors ...I have used the printer about 20 times...I only actually got to print my paper 3 times

WiFi functionality

Excellent wifi functionality. We can print from any location in the building. A side comment is that the starter ink that came with the printer exceeded our expectations. We did not have to change cartridges until having printed approximately 100 pages.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used many Brother products over the years - and I never had a problem with a single one. The prices were always reasonable. And now my new MFC-J485DW also works as expected. Great! Love the wireless feature. Works every time!

My printer stopped working in 5 months.

I liked the printers print on both sides function and the scan features. All of a sudden the paper kept jamming and it wouldn't feed the paper back in to print on the other side. I was unable to get any satisfaction from the dealer who sold it to me because I couldn't find the receipt and I had forgotten to sign it up for the warranty. Now I'm stuck with a printer that doesn't work and I don't have the money to buy another yet.
