Basically for a small desk top printer, it has it all. Scanner, Fax and copier.

Works great just be sure to install the Driver

My first impression was bad because I let windows find a driver then it took almost 2 minutes to print one page, since then I have noticed the cd or Brother web site driver works much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would have sent it back but I needed the all in one immediately. Loud, noisy, paper jams, wi-fi stops connecting with computer. Huge hassle entering my password and constantly going through all the hoops over and over. I have to wear my reading glasses and use a flashlight to do so. I had an older Brother all in one photo copier that was great. Quality product. Compared to that one, this is junk. Very cheaply made. Not heavy duty.
On the positive side its uses less ink cause it is not constantly cleaning. It also uses less electricity because it will go to sleep. Paper jams are easier to deal with. Print is good. Does not scan print or copy as fast as the one I bought years ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ink disappears too quickly

I bought the printer about a little over a year ago, mostly for its fax and I scan functions. I have noticed that the ink disappear very fast even though I rarely use the printer function. When the ink is low, the scan function will not work because the machine keeps on warning about low link and I cannot do anything else except to go out and buy new catridges to replace the old ones. And the inks are not cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, and cost effective ink cartridge replacements. The ink seems to last much longer than my previous printer. I remember saying my printer must drink the ink.

20 CHARACTERS FOR ENTER FAX NUMBER IS NOT ENOUPH. IT SHOULD BE 25, OR POSSIBILITY TO MANUAL ENTER ANY NUMBERS AND AFTER ANSWER PRESS START
