Great Experience

I enjoy my Brothers printer. It was easy to install and set up. All of the instructions were plain to read and understand. Everything worked as expected for an installation. We enjoy the print quality of the machine. It is great for black and white copies and color. Very easy to use for printing and scanning.

this my second brother printer. it was at least 10 years and was still dependable. i had to buy a new one because my old printer was not cloud enabled. i gave it to my son and he still uses it.

WiFi connection problems

The unit over all is great for the price; however, I've had reoccuring, three times, with my WiFi connections and inability to print. Each time the issue was solved with a call to the support team who were wonderful to work with.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink is cheap

I looked at alot of printers before I bought this. For the price it works well. It prints slowly but gets the job done. If you're in a hurry when you print, this isn't the printer for you. Wouldn't reccomend for picture copying. For people having problems with wifi dropping, I had the same problem until I put in a network and printer firewall. When you send out your print jobs on the app the security is weak and it opens the door for your network to be hacked.

Prints great, but loses wireless connection

Will not stay connected to WiFi regardless of how I connect, have to go through the SSID process every time I need to print a document... very frustrating
