Excellent quality printer for the price. print quality is the best, especially like the feature where it will print both sides of the page.

I have to say that this product is only fair. Was a pain to set up, it’s print quality is marginal, it’s copy quality is marginal as well. All in all, prince and that’s about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

This printer worked great until I ran out of yellow ink. Now I cannot print ANYTHING even just in black and white. I changed to gray scale as was suggested but I STILL CAN'T print until I get more yellow ink. Right in the middle of printing an important document on a deadline and I have to try to find a yellow ink cartridge! Really unacceptale! I wouldn't have bought this printer had I known about what I consider to be a defect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great, lacking on scan crop options

like how the ink is cheaper and usage is lasting, I tried to scan pictures to my computer but doesn't work real well with multiple pictures and cropping them out.
