Started Out Good..Now paper jams all the time

Started out a good printer. Now it won't print anything because the paper jams each and every time.

Unreliable

In theory, this printer is great. When it works, it's also great. Truth is, most of the time it isn't working. It keeps going offline, wifi doesn't see it. We've tried to reinstall it several times to no avail. Customer Support is fair and stumped. Ink cartridges finishes so quickly! I would not buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first Brother printer.

This printer is perfect for a home that does not have heavy use and just light printing. My first printer where my major complaint is not the cost of ink. I also do not do photo printing and that helps to keep ink cost down. I will most likely stay with Brother as I am impressed with this model.

I am quite satisfied with this product so far. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I have not had it long enough to determine it's durability but i do like the (2) sided print feature. thank you my "brother."
