I used this printer just a few times and now it will not print. Of course it only stopped working after the return period ended. I've tried every helpdesk and manual tip for getting this to work. Save your money and get something else.

paper jam to ink cartridge jam, now connection issues
had to reset the whole printer and still would not work

Bought six weeks ago. It worked fine until I had to change the ink. CL code appears, "clear line". I did that several times, deep clean as well. Still no fix. Now I can't connect to the printer even though the wi-fi says it's connected. I regret buying this expensive, ugly, paperweight.

I bought this Printer about a year ago. Printer worked great for few days then quit. Would get all kinds of error messages that made no sense. Couldn't get ink cartridges out to replace. I thought it was me al this time, then I read the reviews. I wanted an inexpensive printer. I think buying from a "discount store" was part of the problem. I'm convinced that the Products are not the same as they sell in large retail stores. Lower prices equals lower quality products...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR...

"Everything Works/Great Features" IS NOT ACCURATE

This printer does have a slot to hold close to 100 blank sheets of paper. I bought one recently and never need to take out the stack of paper. It even does auto 2 sided printing which my previous Canon model did not do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is HORRIBLE!!! I hate it! I have to send it back to the company . This printer has been giving me problems since I bought it !

i have had this printer over a year and have never gotten good printed pictures. also, it is suppose to scan, but i cannot figure out how to do it or find info regarding this in the manual.
